Do you want to increase fitness, flexibility, or cardiac function? Do you need a little light exercise, a full aerobic program or a mind body class? Whether you are young or mature aged, a beginner or a seasoned active body, you are welcome to join one of our programs. Come along, focus on yourself for an hour and start to feel better every day. If you have small children, many of our classes have a toy area on the side for them to play whilst you exercise. Check with reception for suitability.

Terry Bahat from Coreworks delivers classes focused on flexibility, core strength, balance and body awareness. The aim is to feel improvement in breathing, body posture and co-ordination and fitness.
