Active Adults

Do you want to increase fitness, flexibility, or cardiac function?  Do you need a little light exercise, a full aerobic program or a mind body class?  Whether you are young or mature aged, a beginner or a seasoned active body, you are welcome to join one of our programs.  Come along, focus on yourself for an hour and start to feel better every day. If you have small children, many of our classes have a toy area on the side for them to play whilst you exercise. Check with reception for suitability.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn on them and get to be part of the action!
